City and Hackney Wellbeing Network

The City and Hackney Wellbeing Network is an association of voluntary sector mental health services that aims to help adult residents of Hackney and the City to prevent the onset of mental health problems and to alleviate issues such as stress, anxiety and low mood.
We also support people with severe and enduring mental health conditions to improve their quality of life and avoid unnecessary hospital admissions.
Our programmes focus on helping people achieve positive outcomes in:
- Mental wellbeing
- Physical health
- Social networks
