The Community Dental Service provides dental care to people with special care needs, including people with mental and physical health, those who are housebound or street homeless. If you belong to one of the special care groups, your dentist, doctor or health professional can refer you, or you can contact the special care helpdesk directly on 020 7683 4433 to arrange an assessment visit or to get further information. Opening hours Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
