Primary Care Mental Health Workers are senior mental health practitioner experienced in the assessment and treatment of mental health problems.
We work with GP practices and consultant psychiatrists and play an important role in assessing individuals whose needs fall between primary and secondary care and in linking care for those moving between primary and secondary care.
Our staff includes mental health nurses, social workers, occupational therapists and clinical psychologist.
