Toynbee Hall - Linkage Plus

Linkage Plus is an outreach service for City of London (Square Mile) residents aged 50 and over. It provides information about the activities and services available to them as well as one-to-one support on issues including:

• Health and wellbeing
• Housing options, including re-assessment of needs
• Safety in the home and the external environment
• Benefits, pensions, money and debt
• Social activities, including coffee mornings and workshops
• Social networks, physical activities and leisure, including referral to Toynbee Hall’s lunch club/day centre
• Carers’ support
• Employment and learning
• Volunteering
• Adult Social Care and how to access services
