EQUIP (Early and Quick Intervention for Psychosis) is a psychiatric early intervention service for psychosis.
The multi-disciplinary team provides intensive, community-based care and treatment to individuals aged 18-35 who have recently experienced psychotic symptoms and are believed to have a psychotic illness.
Patients must have been assessed or received treatment from mental health services for less than one year and have taken antipsychotic medication for less than four weeks.
