Short Breaks Service

Opportunities for short breaks are available to families with disabled children in the City of London.

Short breaks provide children and young people who have SEND with an enjoyable experience away from their primary carers. They reduce social isolation and contribute to the individual's personal and social development. Short breaks also gives parents and carers a valuable break from their caring responsibilities.

Short breaks can include overnight stays, day trips with groups of children, fun activities in the community and one-to-one support.
